Ultra V's 'UltraCol' ranks Top in the Grand Prize in the 2024 Korea Consumer Satisfaction Index
Ultra V' (CEO Han-jin Kwon)’s 'UltraCol' received the Grand Prize in the Skin Booster category at the '2024 Korea Consumer Satisfaction Index No. 1' awards ceremony held on the 4th at the Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul.
The 'Korea Consumer Satisfaction Index No. 1' was established to identify outstanding companies with high consumer satisfaction and promising growth potential, recognizing their contributions and encouraging their efforts.
Ultra V's 'UltraCol,' which is self-developed, holds the title of being the world's first PDO (Polydioxanone) microsphere-based collagen-generating injection registered with the FDA. Specifically, PDO particles ranging from 20 to 110 μm penetrate the skin to stimulate collagen production, leading to increased elasticity and improved wrinkle reduction.
As a result, unlike products that artificially add volume or improve skin, 'UltraCol' seeks to achieve natural beauty through 'self-collagen regeneration.' Additionally, as the skin regeneration ingredients are activated, improvements in skin texture, tone, pore size, and oil-water balance can be observed naturally.
UltraCol has two types: 100 and 200. The 100 version has smaller particles than the 200, making it suitable for overall skin injection and serving as a skin booster that promotes overall skin regeneration.
The 200 version is shown to be effective in adding volume when injected into areas where skin elasticity or volume has significantly diminished, such as the forehead, middle of the forehead, nasolabial folds, and under eyes.
UltraCol has demonstrated its efficacy, biocompatibility, and stability in the human body, receiving approval from the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (KFDA) and obtaining CE certification in Europe. It boasts an impressive track record, having won the IR52 Jang Young-sil Award as the first in the filler category, the Korea Patent Award, and being selected as a Next-Generation Top Product. Currently, it is showcasing its products worldwide, primarily focusing on Asia, while also expanding into the European and Latin American markets, leading the domestic and international K-Beauty sectors.
